• Returns are accepted only if your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
